TICRO was established in 2011 on the basis of Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan about the State Language of the Republic of Tajikistan. To this day, in accordance with the General Provisions of the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage TICRO serves the needs and requirements of small language communities in Tajikistan.
