TICRO exists to provide a bridge between the diverse linguistic and cultural communities of Tajikistan with global resources and worldwide recognition. TICRO does this through equipping communities with linguistic tools to see their language develop, publications to reveal to the global community their uniqueness and providing the communities with access to international ideas, languages, and technology in order to combat poverty, separation of families, and low self-esteem. TICRO is uniquely positioned, based on the trusted relationships built up over the past decade in language and culture development work to build bridges of communication.
1) Ongoing research into the languages and cultural distinctives of the people of Tajikistan.
2) Facilitating workshops for ongoing education and discussion in areas such as; literacy, alphabet creation, language mapping, culture adaptation and technological development.
3) Producing literary and audio visual publications in the scope of; alphabet books, scientific research papers within the Academy of Sciences, movies in individual languages.
4) Engaging in partnerships with global organisations to promote culture and language uniqueness in Tajikistan and the benefits it offers the rest of humanity.
